Location: Avila Beach Community Center, 191 San Miguel St.
Time: 8 a.m.-noon
Particulars: A pancake breakfast will be served from 8-11 a.m. and will include pancakes, sausage or bacon, and orange juice, milk, tea or coffee. Morro Bay’s Fireworks & Family Funday 4th of July

Location: Tidelands Park
Time: noon to dark
Particulars: The day will start with a family-friendly bike parade starting at noon at Morro Rock and ending at Tidelands Park. There will be live music and games all day long. Attendees are invited to bring their own picnic and participate in the alcohol-free event. The eveing will end with a fireworks display.

Particulars: The day will start with a pancake breakfast at the Templeton Fire Station from 7 to 9:30 a.m. Tickets are $5. The Independence Parade will begin at 10 a.m. and runs along Main and Crocker streets.  After the parade, there will be an awards ceremony, food, entertainment, live music by Joy Bonner Band, fun and games.
